High school or middle school students are invited to enter a poster and video contest in conjunction with the Sept. 18-19 Wake up The World Conference in Peoria.

Posters or videos should explore the theme “Wake Up the World — The Joy of the Consecrated Life.” The visual creations should illustrate the ways in which the consecrated life is a courageous witness of faith, and an inspiration for others to offer themselves more fully to God and the church,” according to the Peoria Association for Religious Life, which is sponsoring the contest and the gathering.

Entries may be done individually or as a group. Prizes include passes to Six Flags, a bowling or roller skating party, iTunes cards, theater passes and gift cards. Approved posters and videos will be displayed by the Wake Up the World Conference online and at the conference.
