ROCK ISLAND — All Catholic professional, aspiring, or amateur artists are invited to share their talent and love of God in “The Art of Faith,” a juried sacred art show and sale planned Feb. 18 and 19, 2012, at Farrell Hall here.

Acceptable art includes portraying the Gospel message in a visual way by showing the beauty and holiness of Christ’s human and divine life, according to organizers. A brief statement about how the artwork was created in faith and hope through prayer is essential.

Interested persons can submit three photos of work created in the past three years (with title, medium, and size on the back of photos) to The Art of Faith Show, 2502 29th Avenue, Rock Island, IL 61201, or via email to jmr415@dishmail.net. All photo entries will be returned.
