This is the final issue of The Catholic Post to be produced out of our “home” office for six decades at 409 N.E. Monroe. Next week we will have a new address and phone number.

After deadline on Wednesday, our offices were to join those of other diocesan ministries relocating to the new Spalding Pastoral Center for the Diocese of Peoria. Most diocesan offices were closed for the move last week, with opening day for the new center scheduled to be Monday, Nov. 17.

Next week’s Catholic Post — if all the computers are successfully hooked up and all goes as planned — will feature several photos and stories on the completion of the moves and this phase of the new pastoral center’s construction.
