BLOOMINGTON: Corpus Christi School will host their annual fish fry on Friday, Feb. 23. Tickets may be purchased at the door. Serving will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Dinner includes cod fish or pizza, cheesy potatoes, green beans, bread and butter. A children’s meal is available. Adults: $10; Children: $6. Dessert sales benefit the eighth grade class trip. At 7:30 p.m., drawings will be held for a basket and 50/50 raffle.
BLOOMINGTON: The Knights of Columbus Council #574 is having a fish fry every Friday through Lent – except March 15 – at their hall 1706 RT Dunn Dr., Bloomington from 5:30 t0 7:30 p.m.
DOWNS: St. Mary Church has dine-in and carry-out menus for Friday, March 8 and March 22 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Suggested donation is $11 for adults and $5 for kids aged 6-12. Supper is FREE for children aged 5 and under. The dine in/carry-out menu features walleye, pizza and grilled cheese, french fries, green beans, cole slaw and home-made desserts.
CHAMPAIGN: St. Matthew Parish is planning to hold a fish fry every Friday of Lent through March 22. The meals will be served from 5 to 7 p.m. in Feeney Hall in the St. Matthew Parish Center, 1303 Lincolnshire Drive. The cost is $9 for adults, $8 for teens, $7 for seniors, and $5 for children. Those aged 4 and younger eat for free. A to-go option is available.
EAST PEORIA: The Knights of Columbus will have a fish fry from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the following Fridays in Lent: Feb. 23, March 8 and 22. Dinner will be served in St. Monica’s Hall, 303 Campanile Drive. In addition to the fish (all you can eat), the meal includes a baked potato, lettuce salad and rolls. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Hot dog plates will be available for $5. Proceeds will be donated to the Msgr. E. L. Grzybowski Community Charities.
GALESBURG: The Knights of Columbus will hold a fish fry every Friday of Lent through March 22 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The cost is $15 for a catfish dinner, and $14 for a walleye dinner. Meals include roll, coleslaw, and baked potato. Sorry, there is no dine-in service – drive up and carry out only. Phone orders will be accepted from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at 309-343-6415.
MOLINE: Seton Catholic School is having a fish fry on Friday, March 1 from 4:30 – 7 p.m. at the Christ the King Believers Together Center, 3209 60th St. The all-you-can-eat menu includes baked or fried fish, mac and cheese, beans, coleslaw and rolls and one non-alcoholic beverage. The cost is $15 for adults and $8 for children, with a $45 family rate.
MORTON: The Morton Knights of Columbus, 616 W. David St., are planning to hold a fish fry every Friday of Lent through March 22. A pollock buffet and fried or baked catfish dinner will be available from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (or until food runs out). The pollock buffet is $16 for adults, $10 for children aged 8 to 10, $6 for children aged 7 and under. The fried or baked catfish dinner is $16, and the hot dog, french fries and applesauce dinner is $5. Take out is available, but no phone orders.
NAUVOO: Catfish fillets and more are on the menu on Friday, Feb. 16, at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 1275 Mullholland St. The meal starts at 5 p.m. A free-will offering will be accepted. Fish dinners are also planned in the other Hancock County Catholic parishes: February 23 at Sacred Heart Church in Warsaw; March 1 at St. Mary Church Hamilton; March 8 at Sts. Peter and Paul Church and Alleman Knights of Columbus Hall in Nauvoo; March 15 at Sacred Heart Church in Dallas City; and March 22 at Immaculate Conception Church in Carthage, with St. James K of C.
NORMAL: Epiphany Church will hold their annual fish fry on Friday, March 8, from 5 to 7 p.m. Fried Pollack or Baked Tilapia or cheese pizza will be served. Adults are $10 and children are $5. Hosted by Epiphany and the Normal Knights of Columbus #6498.
OTTAWA: The Knights of Columbus, Starved Rock Council #634, will hold a fish fry every Friday of Lent through March 22 from 5 to 7 p.m., in their hall at 401 W. Main St. Meals are $12 per person and include Icelandic cod (fried or baked) with baked potato or french fries, coleslaw and bread. Dine in or carry out. A 50/50 raffle will be held each night at 7 p.m. You need not be present to win.
PEKIN: The Knights of Columbus of Pekin is having a fish fry on Friday, February 16 and Friday, March 1, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Eagles Lodge, 274 Derby St. The menu includes walleye, coleslaw and baked beans. The cost is $14. Desserts are available for a donation.

PEORIA: The Knights of Columbus, St. Clement Council, will have a fish fry every Friday in Lent through March 16, serving from 5 to 7 p.m. in the gym of St. Jude School, 10911 N. Knoxville. Adult meals are $15 and offer a choice of a fried whole catfish, baked lemon cod or deep fried shrimp, plus baked potato, green beans and coleslaw. A fish po’boy sandwich with chips and coleslaw is $12. A child’s meal of fish sticks or cheese pizza with chips is $6. PEORIA: St. Bernard Catholic Church, 512 E. Kansas St., Peoria will have a fish fry on the following Fridays: Feb. 16, March 1, March 15 and March 29 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. Dine-in and carryout are available. Adult meals of catfish, shrimp and fried or baked cod are $13. Children’s meals (corn dogs, fried cod and shrimp) are $5.
PEORIA HEIGHTS: The St. Thomas the Apostle Men’s Club will host its annual fish fry (all you can eat) on Friday, March 8, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria. (Come to the parking lot behind the church at 904 E. Lake Ave.) The menu includes homemade french fries, coleslaw, salad bar and cookies. Dine in or drive through. The cost is $15 for adults. A child’s meal (for ages 6 to 12) is $10 for fish and $5 for grilled cheese.
PERU: Peru Catholic School will host a “fish fry fundraiser” at the Ladd Moose Lodge, 1528, E. Cleveland St., Ladd on Friday, Feb. 23 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dinner includes cod, fries and coleslaw. ROCK ISLAND: The Knights of Columbus, Allouez Council No. 658, are planning a fish fry for Friday, March 8, in Farrell Hall at St. Pius X Church, 2901 24th St. Meals will be served from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Stations of the Cross will be prayed at 5:30 p.m. in the church.
SILVIS: Our Lady of Guadalupe Men’s Club will host a fish fry on Friday, Feb. 16 and Friday, Feb. 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. in the parish hall, 800 17th St. The menu includes a choice of fried whole catfish, baked cod or fried shrimp, plus salad bar, baked potato and Texas toast. A catfish dinner is $14 for adults, and $10 for children under 12, while catfish and shrimp or cod fish and shrimp dinners are $18.
