Blessing and ribbon cutting ceremonies were recently celebrated at newly opened OSF HealthCare medical office complexes in Champaign and Chillicothe.

In Champaign, a new primary care office has been opened at Union Square, 1712 W. Springfield Ave. The location has seven exam rooms, a procedure room, lab and x-ray services, an exam room for rehabilitation and space for a nurse clinic. Providing care will be Dr. Margaret Tate and Patrick McGuire, APN, both of whom specialize in family medicine.

OSF leadership was on hand for blessing ceremonies on Oct. 12. The facility was scheduled to open its doors to patients on Oct. 20.

Meanwhile, after months of construction, a new OSF Medical Group primary care office opened in late September at 319 N. Fourth St. in Chillicothe. Services located in the building include internal medicine and pediatrics — staffed by physicians Dr. Mallory Kelly, Dr. Christopher Nau, and Dr. Robert Riech — and family medicine, staffed by Rachel Fehl and Casey Kimler, both advanced practice registered nurses.

OSF Rehabilitation, which offers orthopedic and physical therapy, will move from its current location at 120 N. Fourth St. to the new building in mid-November.
