What is the most memorable Christmas gift you have given or received?
Work has started on the annual “Christmas Greetings” edition of The Catholic Post and it wouldn’t be the same without your stories of Christmases past and the family traditions that make the season “the most wonderful time of the year.”
This year we have a special request. We’d like to hear about the most memorable gift you’ve received or given and why it was so memorable. Perhaps it was the puppy you wanted that was your best friend well into early adulthood. Maybe it was your grandfather’s pocket watch or grandmother’s cameo. It could be the ornament that marked Baby’s First Christmas.
Your memory — and a photo, if you have one — will appear in the Dec. 18 issue of The Catholic Post.
The deadline for your memories, traditions and recipes is Monday, Nov. 20. Send them to Christmas Greetings, The Catholic Post, P.O. Box 1722, Peoria, IL 61656, or submit them by email to jwillems@cdop.org. Please include your name, address, telephone number and parish.
