Support The Catholic Post’s 2015 Delivering Unity Campaign

Bishop Daniel R. Jenky, CSC, has urged all Catholic households in the Diocese of Peoria to support and read The Catholic Post, calling it a “valuable resource that unites, informs, and inspires us as the Body of Christ in central Illinois.”

The newspaper of the Diocese of Peoria has opened its 2015 Delivering Unity Campaign on the theme “Get to Know Your Family of Faith.”

Below is an entertaining two-minute promotional video promoting the campaign:

The Feb. 1 issue, mailed to all 62,000 households in the diocese, includes more information on the campaign as well as an envelope for contributions. Those wishing to contribute via credit card by phone can do so by calling 1-800-340-5630 during business hours Monday through Friday.

In addition to being a subscription to the newspaper, gifts to the Delivering Unity Campaign also support the instant and wide distribution of Catholic news and photos via this website and on social media, including Facebook and Twitter. The subscription level gift is $29, but there are four recommended levels of giving.

“Support of The Catholic Post is also a practical way to evangelize,” said Bishop Jenky. “I suggest that parents and grandparents consider sending the newspaper to younger family members to help them live their faith in today’s culture.”
