OSF St. Joseph, Bloomington, collecting new, used shoes

BLOOMINGTON — Home Sweet Home Ministries will benefit from a shoe drive planned for Aug. 8-17 by OSF St. Joseph Medical Center and Dr. Todd Snoeyink, DPM, of OSF Medical Group.

New and gently used men’s, women’s and children’s shoes may be dropped off at the Bloomington medical center, Eastland Medical Plaza I by the Eastland Pharmacy, the main entrance and the Birthing Center. Shoes will also be accepted at OSF Medical Group, 1701 E. College Ave., in Bloomington, and the Center for Health at Fort Jesse, 2200 Fort Jesse Road, in Normal.

A drive-thru drop-off will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Aug. 11-15, in the parking lot of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, 2200 E. Washington St.
Over the last 11 years, OSF has collected and donated more than 15,500 pairs of shoes to Home Sweet Home Ministries.
