ROCK ISLAND — Dr. Dan Ebener, a professor at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and co-director of its Master of Organizational Leadership program, will lead discussion on the elements of leadership from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Benet House Retreat Center at St. Mary Monastery, 2200 88th Ave.

Special focus will be on the leadership elements of wisdom, empathy, humility, justice, mercy, service, peace and courage.
