NAUVOO — Sts. Peter and Paul Church, 190 N. Wells St., will host a performance of selected movements from Handel’s “Messiah” on Friday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m.

This first-time event will be presented by the Nauvoo Community Orchestra and Chorus. There is no admission fee, but a free-will offering will be received. Seating is limited, so those who would like to attend are encouraged to come early.
