BLOOMINGTON — The Parents of Priests and Seminarians will sponsor their annual POPS Seminarian Fundraiser on Friday, Oct. 11, at St. Patrick Church of Merna here.

The evening, which begins with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., will also include a dinner at 6:30, a short video, and vocation talks by seminarians of the Diocese of Peoria.

Seating will be by reservation only, with reservations requested by Friday, Oct. 4. Donations of $15 per person, with checks payable to Diocese of Peoria, should be mailed to POPS Seminarian Fundraiser, c/o Tera O’Brien, 2810 Vrooman Court, Bloomington, IL 61704.

All funds raised during the event help pay tuition costs for our diocese’s college seminarians. Those not able to attend the fundraiser may still contribute donations at the above address.
