NAUVOO — Traditional and classic Christmas music will be played during a post-Christmas open house from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Nauvoo.

Music will be provided by Maureen Hutchcroft on the flute and Phil Hoenig on the parish’s pipe organ as well as guitar and block flute.

The stained glass windows of the historic church — built in 1867 and located at 190 Wells St. — recently underwent complete restoration. The parish was established in 1848.

Admission to the open house is free, but free-will offerings will be accepted.
