HENRY — St. Mary’s Church, 401 South St., will host the area World Day of Prayer service on Friday, March 2, at 9 a.m.

Part of a worldwide, ecumenical movement of Christian women, the hour of prayer will include participants from the First Christian, United Methodist and Presbyterian churches as well as St. Joseph’s and St. Mary’s parishes.
This year’s prayer service was prepared by the women of Malaysia.

Donations received during the morning will be divided between the Henry Area Vacation Bible Program and the World Day of Prayer. The public is invited.
