Metamora school to benefit from golf outing Aug. 5
METAMORA — St. Mary’s School here will benefit from a golf outing planned for Friday, Aug. 5, at Snag Creek Golf Course in Washburn.
Check in for the four-person scramble will be at 11 a.m., with a shotgun start set for noon. A dinner will follow at 5:30 p.m. at Snyder Village Center in Metamora.
The cost for 18 holes of golf, the use of a golf cart, lunch, dinner and door prizes is $75 per person. Golfers have a chance to win hole-in-one prizes on the par three holes that include a new Ford vehicle, courtesy of Mangold Ford, as well as an iPad, golf clubs and two airline tickets to go anywhere in the United States.
