The Catholic Post opens “Delivering Unity Campaign 2011”
To better unify, inform, and inspire the 65,000 Catholic households of the Diocese of Peoria, The Catholic Post has transformed its annual subscription drive into the “Delivering Unity Campaign.”
Gifts to the campaign, in addition to being a subscription to the award-winning diocesan newspaper, also help toward a goal of sharing the newspaper throughout the diocese as often as possible in 2011. The campaign also supports The Catholic Post’s many online efforts, including a new E-edition and daily updates on social network sites including Facebook.
“Those able to give beyond the traditional $25 subscription investment might consider doing so as a practical way to evangelize those we may not see in our pews every weekend,” said Bishop Daniel R. Jenky, CSC, in announcing the campaign.
Full details were announced in the Feb. 6 issue of the newspaper, which was mailed to all Catholic homes. Gifts are welcomed by credit card online by clicking the “Delivering Unity” logo at right on this page. Explanations of the suggested levels of support are found on the contribution page.
