Benefit for Wenona parishioner Aug. 21

WENONA — St. Mary’s Church, 207 W. Third St. South, will host a spaghetti dinner on Saturday, Aug. 21, to benefit Susan (Myszkowski) Baker, a parishioner who is battling cancer of the pancreas, liver, stomach and spleen.
The fundraiser starts with a bake sale from 2 to 4 p.m. in the parish hall. The meal, which includes lettuce salad, bread and dessert as well as spaghetti, will be served from 4 to 8 p.m. for a cost of $7.
There will also be a live auction, raffle and drawdown during the evening. Raffle tickets are $1 each or six for $5.
