EAST MOLINE — Members of St. Anne’s Parish will serve hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, chips and soft drinks at their “Star Spangled Grill,” which will be located at the corner of Sixth Street and 15th Avenue during the East Moline Fourth of July Parade. The grill will be fired up from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The parade starts at 1 p.m.
