Mother of Father Trosley dies; visitation in Nauvoo Tuesday
NAUVOO — Josephine Joan Trosley, the mother of Father Anthony Trosley, died on Sunday, April 11.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 13, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Church in Nauvoo. Vespers will be at 7 p.m.
Visitation will continue from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 15, at Paynic Home for Funerals, 618 E. Airline Drive in East Alton. The rosary will be recited at 4 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Friday, April 16, at Holy Angels Church, 345 E. Acton Avenue in Wood River.
Father Trosley is pastor of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish in Nauvoo as well as Sacred Heart, Dallas City; Immaculate Conception, Carthage; St. Mary’s, West Point; Sacred Heart, Warsaw; and St. Mary’s, Hamilton.
