BABIES LOST during pregnancy or infancy will be remembered at the annual Memorial Tree prayer service, which will be held on Sunday, Nov. 1, at Resurrection Cemetery in Peoria. Sponsored by the Catholic Women’s League, it will begin at 3 p.m.

The prayer service will be led by Father Bill Miller, IC, pastor of Corpus Christi and St. Patrick’s in Galesburg, and Sacred Heart, Abingdon. He also chairs the Diocesan Respect Life Board.

Bows will be available so that families can inscribe the names of the infants they lost to death and then place the bows on the Memorial Tree.

Resurrection Cemetery is located at 7519 N. Allen Road.
