FARMINGTON — Those who will be participating in the 42nd annual Spoon River Drive through Fulton County are invited to stop for Mass at St. Matthew’s Church, 156 E. Vernon St.

Father Bruce King, IC, pastor, said that in addition to the regular Saturday liturgy at 5 p.m., Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 10. The Sunday morning schedule has been expanded to include a 6:30 a.m. Mass on Oct. 4 and 11, as well as the regular 8:30 a.m. liturgy.

“This way, those who are coming out from Peoria and other communities will have another option for Mass,” Father King said.
