Jonas Brothers: The 3-D Concert Experience

Rating: A-I (G)

NEW YORK (CNS) — The following is a capsule review of a movie recently reviewed by the Office for Film & Broadcasting of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Upbeat concert film capturing performances during the popular boy band’s 2008 “Burnin’ Up” tour, interspersed with some behind-the-scenes footage of real-life siblings Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas’ life on the road and a lavish music video set in New York’s Central Park.

While the target audience of tween girls may be in danger of hyperventilating, accompanying adults will find director Bruce Hendricks’ energetic bubblegum-rock documentary, like the group itself, reassuringly wholesome and family-friendly.

The USCCB Office for Film & Broadcasting classification is A-I — general patronage. The Motion Picture Association of America rating is G — general audiences. All ages admitted.
