URBANA — A new collectible ornament to benefit Provena Hospice has been introduced. The second in a series, it is a handmade porcelain heart that bears the words “Forever in our hearts.”

The ornament is $10 and may be purchased at the gift shops of Provena Covenant Medical Center, 1400 W. Park St., Urbana, and Provena United Samaritans Medical Center, 812 N. Logan Ave., Danville; Provena Home Care, 1501 Interstate Drive, Champaign; and Pages for All Ages bookstore in Savoy.

Also available is the retired star collectible, which is $5 and may be purchased only at Provena Home Care in Champaign.
