Participation is sought in two online surveys that open on Sunday, Sept. 14, to help gather information for a long range planning study now underway for Catholic schools of the Diocese of Peoria.
One survey is for parents who have students currently enrolled in Catholic schools, and the other is for general parishioners. The Web-based surveys may be accessed at any time between Sept. 14 and Sept. 27. To participate, visit the diocesan Web site (www.cdop.org) or use the link at left. Click on the parishioner survey button. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.
Parents of students will receive instruction for completing their survey through their schools.
